Introduction to Qigong | Yográ Yoga, Maynooth


Are you ready to feel more energy, happiness, and gratitude? I am beyond excited for this 4-week Introduction to Qigong course at yogra_yoga studios in Maynooth, this August. Classes start 10/08/23 and run each Thursday from 19:00-20:00.

For one hour a week you are guided through an hour of meditative movement focussed on self-care while developing a foundational understanding of qigong: a gentle but profound form of holistic exercise that works to integrate mind and body, cultivate ease and relaxation, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Invest in your own wellbeing and build energy to stand firm in yourself while the seasons transition, with this 4-week introductory course to qigong.

I am really looking forward to meeting you and practicing with you for an hour a week. Qigong has helped me overcome physical and mental health issues, and I believe it can do the same for you.
