Mindfulness-based classes for both beginners and those looking to deepen their practice
My approach is rooted in my extensive personal practice and professional training in meditation, qigong, sound therapy, and energy healing.
I've had the privilege of learning from Buddhist and Daoist monastics and followers and am currently living and training in the Plum Village tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. With a Ph.D. in Philosophy and several years of experience as a philosophy lecturer, I focus on teaching mindfulness in a grounded and practical way that is accessible to everyone.
My classes provide a foundational component in the art of living more relaxed, open, and happy lives.
Mindfulness practices are daily tools that help us befriend ourselves and develop gratitude for each moment
