Qigong is a form of mindful movement exercise that helps us to pursue holistic wellbeing and greater health. Classes consists of a range of gentle exercises designed to strengthen and stretch the body, whilst practicing letting go, slowing down, and bringing ease and joy into your movement. This introductory class is perfect for those who want to work on integrating mind and body, live with less stress, help manage chronic illness, or to simply learn more about this ancient and powerful practice.
Join me in the Healthy Hub, Leixlip, this January for 1.5 hour qigong classes, which all include a guided meditation at the end to truly relax and leave the session blissful and floating. Courses are one day a week, and you can choose from the following classes:
Wednesday: 10:00-11:30, or 8.15-9.45 PM
