Mindfulness is a practice that supports us to live more relaxed, happy, and focused lives. But what IS mindfulness? And how do you DO it? In this free online workshop I'll talk about mindfulness from my experience, and offer suggestions and practices that will help you have more mindfulness in your daily life. There will be space to share about your own experience and to ask questions, if you would like to do so. Alternatively, you can come along and sit quietly, camera off, and practice with us. Drawing on my experience with the Plum Village tradition and others, I invite you to come and practice mindful living with me, for one hour on Wednesday 25th, from 7-8.15pm Irish Standard Time.
At the end, i'll speak a little bit about my plans to go live at Plum Village monastery for the next year, and how you can keep in touch with me and practice with me online while I stay there.
Instructions
Try to find a comfortable space in an environment where you will not be disturbed. As we will be meditating, be set up to do so - with whatever you need for your own comfort, e.g., chair, mat, cushion, blanket.
