Feeling a little stretched thin by the pace of life?
Does the impact of the day leave you feeling like you're always playing catch-up — emotionally, energetically, spiritually?
If so, this space is for you.
RETURN is a weekly online gathering for slowing down, rebalancing, and gently coming back to yourself.
✨ What to Expect
Each 60-minute session includes:
15-30 minutes of mindful movement
15-30 minutes of guided or silent meditation
A short mindfulness teaching or shared reflection to close
You’ll also receive a weekly email with a recording of the class, and a reflective journal prompt with simple practice suggestions — optional ways to help the seeds planted in each session take root and bloom.
This space is open to everyone — whether you’re just beginning or reconnecting after time away.
🕯 Class Details
When: Tuesdays at 19:30 CET 18:30 IST
Where: Online via Zoom (link provided on registration)
Cost: First class is free, with a donation option available at the end. After that, sliding scale:
€8–€20 per session (pay what’s manageable for you based on your income level)
🌙 Why This Practice?
My time practicing with the Plum Village community reminded me how powerful it is to gather — even online — to breathe, move, and settle together. In this recent pause, I’ve been reflecting on how meditation helps us tend to the inner imprints left by the busyness and stress of daily life. When we come together regularly, we create a space to restore balance — physically, emotionally, energetically.
This ripple effect also extends outwards, easing the collective stress and turmoil all around us.
